State University of New York (SUNY) Selects HTH Worldwide Health Plans for its International Scholars and Faculty at 29 Campuses

Radnor, PA (June 3, 2002) -- HTH Worldwide, the leading provider of international health plans and online health and security information to the international education community, announced today that it has been awarded a three-year contract by the State University of New York (SUNY) to serve students, scholars and faculty at its 29 campuses. Every year, over 1 million international students entering the U.S. and 200,000 U.S. students studying abroad need health insurance and access to quality healthcare. This market continues to grow despite security concerns around the world.

One of the largest contracts in the international student market, the SUNY program is brokered by Haylor, Freyer & Coon, Syracuse, New York. Through HTH Worldwide, SUNY students and scholars gain online access to a wide range of global health and security information as well as assistance services via innovative web-based tools at hthstudents.com. At hthadvisors.com, international student advisors can increase their productivity and ease the burden of plan administration by using online tools for enrollment and claims functions.

"We are extremely pleased to have been chosen by SUNY and will strive to provide the excellent service that sets HTH apart," said Elaine Del Rossi, Chief Sales Officer, HTH Worldwide Insurance Services.

Currently serving a client base of more than 300 institutional programs, HTH Worldwide is also pleased to announce that it has also been awarded contracts with Miami Dade Community College and International Community Services, a large international student group serving approximately 10,000 predominantly Chinese students.

In further developments, HTH Worldwide has expanded its presence outside the U.S., licensing its online health and security databases and knowledge tools to XN Holdings, Montreal, which is incorporating HTH's web assets into health insurance programs offered to employers internationally. XN Holdings, a leading online provider of insurance and financial products designed specifically for expatriates, offers members access to personalized services through its web platform and multilingual call center.

HTH is the leading provider of primary health insurance for 80,000 international students and also provides web-based personal health and security knowledge tools to thousands of global business and leisure travelers. The company's growing global online physician community gives members access to contracted providers in over 130 countries, and HTH's health and security tools cover nearly 500 popular destinations in the U.S. and abroad. www.hthworldwide.com.
