Product Design

Global Citizen is an international major medical plan designed to cover episodes of international living. The plan provides coverage in and out of the U.S., up to $5,000,000 limit and is annually renewable.

TravelGap is a travel medical plan designed to compensate for the major gaps that develop in medicare and managed care plans as soon as you leave home.

Global Student is an international major medical plan designed specifically for international students, scholars and faculty.

Trip Protector is a trip cancellation plan designed to protect your financial investment in the event you have to cancel your travel plans due to an unforeseen circumstance.

Global Health and Safety Services

Included with all plans above are HTH's Global Health and Safety services, which provide customers with information about health and security in destinations worldwide as well as access to the HTH International Provider Community. This community consists of thousands of pre-selected, English-speaking doctors, dentists and other medical providers around the world. HTH's Global Health and Safety Services give international travelers the resources to plan their travel with security risks and their personal medical history in mind.

Agreement and Appointment

To get started:

  1. Sign up online OR download the HTH Agency Agreement to complete and forward to the address below;
  2. Fax or mail copies of your license(s) and your company’s license(s), a copy of your W9 and the completed HTH agency agreement (if you did not sign up online). If you do not have a copy of a W9, please complete the form provided below. Please send to:
